a test
I guess you could call my arrest, a test (life does not give warning of a test).
A test of many people, the criminal justice system, the law enforcement system, public trust, I guess, to see what type of moral fiber, back bone, composition, composure, internal make up, tone, what is the true nature of certain people, charterer and honesty.
and wa-la
The conclusion; we or I found 100% of these organizations and people; do not practice what they preach, would not lift a finger - if someone's life depended on it, these people lie like a rug, 2 timing, double crossing, rotten to the core. Not trust worthy, not honest, hold no respect for the law, code of ethics, personal conduct, code of honor, negligent - beyond the wildness imagination.
Highly educated failures.
These people are leaders of this country, no wounder why things are the way they are.
now
Maybe email number 3501 would have come across a person that would say, this is not right, I am going to report this, do something, make some phone calls. We cannot have this type of activity ruining our courts, the trust in the courts.
I say to man kind, hello any one there? any one home? Wake up and smell the coffee.
I say to this law school, wake up and start doing your job. I don't think whipping out a law student (such as Chandra), with out any quality moral, ethic substance does any one any good.
I think, the current status quo, buddy system will prevail, unless, maybe,
some old fart, dying, wants to buy his way into the grace of the heavens and makes a donation of maybe $100 million bucks (that might do it). He might say, by golly Mike is right, this law school aint getting this money unless they give me a plan of reform, a platform and show some leader ship and start practicing what they teach.
and
maybe he will say, all those who did nothing when informed about crimes in the courts by the courts, employment shall be terminated and pentions suspended.
or
I will give money to another law school that can do it.
This old fart and his contribution (what ever you call it) is the only thing, I think, that would get this law school to change this "do as I say, not as I do".
I doubt any one will step up to the plate about what is right or wrong (I have already established the soft, cowardly, spineless, under belly of this organization), so there should be no doubt in any ones mind.
This seems to me, this is one big social club that likes patting each other on the back, giving speeches, praising one and another, basking in their own self glory.
Maybe money and greed, in this instance could do some good.
To bad we have to wait for that event to occur, and if it don't?
Who knows?
Some how, lies and dishonesty seem to have taken control and want to stay.
I thought emailing as many as I did, to such highly praised organizations and people would have resulted, in some type of self cleansing action, some type of a forward looking prevention program and every thing would be OK. I was wrong.
Once upon a time, perhaps; a cop, lawyer or judge were apart of a high standard, protecting our society (sounds good, but I have no idea if this was a fact, it could be maybe, there never was a high standard, maybe today is the same as 50 years ago). This is gone and been gone for a long time. These educators and legislators are clueless or think we are so stupid as not to know what is going on. Like some one standing on the tracks, watching a train coming and doesn't get out of the way soon enough.
I would suggest the educators and legislators reverse the current course and get on the ball.
These high standards must be put back, then, maybe the respect that left a long time ago return.
As simple as that?
5 defense lawyers could not say a thing
I hired 5 defense lawyers and 1 retired supreme court justice called me. None of them could say a thing about the photos, exculpatory evidence? Cops high on drugs during arrest.
Courts assume cops are telling the truth and have a natural air of respectability, so this is another bias built into the system.
Courts assume lawyers are telling the truth and have a natural air of respectability, so there is another bias built into the system.
Courts assume judges are telling the truth and have a natural air of respectability, so there is another bias built into the system.
The Law cannot continue operating in this vacuum, to what advantage is there, other than give the pleasure corruption to a few.
WHY?
Q - What is worse than a cop on patrol high on drugs.... with a gun, gives perjured testimony, false reports?
A - A Judge and prosecutor know about it and look the other way, praises and encourages such activities, defense lawyers look the other way also.
Stories like the Drew Peterson case (2 wifes, 1 missing, 1 dead) no doubt he is the perfect killer, trained by law enforcement and criminal justice system.
Another home grown terrorist, but this one wore a badge, had judges and prosecutors praising him every day for 26? years of training, every which way to commit a crime and not get caught.
Yes it happens. Day after day after day.
Look at my case, cops high on drugs (reading the police report and knowledge of the typo's, false information) , the only other conclusion a person could draw , would be death, dumb and stupid), cops know they can get away with it, in the village, and in the court. They know they can get away with any thing.
Look at the Browns Chicken Murder's, To a few it is no secrete which bar the on duty cops were probably at that night, the night before, the night before that and before that, which bar the chief was probably drinking at all afternoon (what is the owner going to do, tell some one and loose his business in town? I and other could even, most likely, tell you who was at the 2 different bars, who saw them, who was tending bar, what they were drinking and maybe who they were screwing.
One of those kids that got killed, use to hang in the same bar with the cops. I will always believe that they might have and could have, done the killings and the kicker was that the Palatine Village council cleaned up the crime scene. Why do you think the mayor quashed investigations of the Palatine police department.
The State Police know this also, but look at the Drew Peterson, they gave perjured testimony in the death of his wife and are held harmless. For violating ever law and oath they swore to up hold. Held harmless, not accountable for perjury, false reports, obstruction of justice, criminal conspiracy.
Some of these judges, prosecutors, defense lawyers come from this law school.
Let me give this example of the way I see things, it is like a person that gets sick, well give him something to cover up the symptoms, give him more drugs, cut off a arm, leg, foot, something else or maybe get a replacement part.
Instead of focusing of the cause, source and early development, so the sickness will never come to be.
That Hinkly guy who cut up people and ate em, in Milwaukee. A lot of people thought it good that he was killed in jail. Not me, I thought it was important to study him and find out what was the cause of the problem. After which maybe we could help other people with what was discovered. I was alone on that one also.
Law school's have a lot to do with the early development of people who later administer law. I wounder if the law schools are not blameless, I mean is the quality of the doctor a reflection of the medical education? or what about kids that graduate high school, that have 3rd grade skills? or College graduates that are dumber than a 3rd grader?
We get back to responsibility, it is always the other guys fault and it just aint working.
Back to my case, look at all the intelligence, all the people, law degrees, years of training, and more training. You get, got and have nothing but dirt, garbage, corruption.
With all the brains, money, intelligence and wisdom or lack there of, is the best this law school can do?
Some body, some thing, some place, some where, has to make an bone a fide attempt to start and maybe other sectors in society, global, will kick in.
law school without ethics
Wenrich was on drugs at trial testimony (where do cops get drugs, evidence room, cop bar or drug dealer shake down? or from the shared Cook County Sheriff sub station on Rand?).
or Wenrich knew 2 time bar president Scotillo was greased by 1 time bar president Tatooles or 3 time mayor Tatooles or maybe, do me a favor and I will do you a favor, type of thing.
Judge Scotillo agreed with Wenrich's I had no rights and praised him every which way.
The appellate court agreed with Scotillo, who agreed with Wenrich, I have no rights, and praised Wenrich like no tomorrow.
The appellate court agreed with Scotillo that, defense lawyer 1, Tatooles, was incompetent, un fit to be a lawyer.
There for my 6th constitutional amendment rights were taken from me also, unless the constitution considers a incompetent lawyer a-ok (Scotillo made the call early in the trial, then allowed Tatooles to continue as a incompetent lawyer would continue), but what about a affirmative defense?
I assume Scotillo likes defendants who have incompetent lawyers, as far as I am concerned this is what you get with a 2 time bar president who is judge, who is above the law.
Officer Hunter siting right next to Wenrich for 2 hours, didn't give a shit, its a fellow Palatine cop, besides, Hunter was probably flying also.
Welcome to
Mullins own police department and her village council.
Tatooles own police department and his own village council.
Tatooles pays Mullins police chief $120k, then hires Wenrich's deputy commander Haas, as new police chief. Brown's Chicken veterns.
Mr and Mrs Scotillo's, each 2 term bar presidents, Mrs Scotillo was also news editor for 21 years.
sounds like organized crime, racketeering and intimidation to me, who ever question's a Scotillo is out of a bar, job, banned, jailed, muged or killed.
That is why Defense lawyer 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 plus, 1 retired supreme court justice and the appellate, did not want to but heads, simply let these cops, continue to do as they please.
I was in my corvette, maybe Wenrich wanted to sell me some of the drugs he was on, because I was not interested, the arrest followed. Nobody asked me if I blew into the machine. I asked Tatooles to review the video's in the interrogation room, at the beginning, before, I knew the fix was in.

That involves, but not limited to; Judge Scotillo, defense lawyers 1 - 4, assistant states attorney Chandra, Andre. The only thing I wanted was the truth told especially, in a court of law, No body I contacted seems interested or seems to care. I care about the truth.
I would suggest some one let scotillo know about this blog with his name on it (if he has not seen it already). He might be a little up set, at me....the only guy that did not lie to his face, in his court or the only guy that has balls to stand up for what his court room is suppose to represent and lacking there of.
Now you all can come and hunt me down.
I sent this email to the Kent School of Law (see list below)
I ask that you and your fellow educators do a better job at teaching law students to a become better future lawyers.
In my blogs, we have a story of a new Cook County Assistant States Attorney’s first trial, in which she becomes a common criminal during the trial.
She should be subject to jail, loss of law license a fine and my blog.. What a waste of your time and the money who paid for her education.
My blogs represents main steam what is happening every minute of every day, for a long time. There are no winners.
Street wise is to believe no one. Courts play street dumb, believe those in uniform. Those in uniforms know it and exploit it.
We need honesty, transparency, accountability in the courts and we need it now.
Good chance, most case law is based upon perjured testimony.
Thus you get garbage in garbage out.

If this aint a crock, a bigger one would be, perhaps the justice in blogos inpeachment case, is up to his neck with obstruction and a cover up
But it is law when a process server (officer of the court), says he served me with 12 warrants, in Wheeling, Illinois last year.
While it just so happens, I was in Mesa, Arizona on Court ordered probation with daily monitoring by the AZ and IL probation departments along with employment records.
Maybe she is was to busy to read it, accidentally deleted it, tossed for spam, had other more important things to do, who am I.
I hate to tell such a highly educated person, what a highly educated person should have done.
She should have reviewed the blogs and notified proper agencies. No, perhaps, she knew that the proper agencies did not give a hoot so. didn't bother.
I would have liked her (or any of the law professors, I emailed, One guy did, wanted to know if assistant states attorney Chandra was his student? (that question did not make sence to me)) to contact me, (return to sender) and say thank you, I take pride in the law. I take pride in my license to practice and teach law, I will forward this to the proper agencies, I assure you that, there is no tolerance for the corruption of the courts by the courts.
What was on Quinn's mind, when he got her to join this commission? I don't think she is fit for this new job..... or any job she may have for that matter..... and she is a teacher of law. a professor of law. Like I said, only 1 law professor was interested in the blogs and he was more interested if Chandra was his law student.
Now she is apart of the Illinois Reform Commission, if this aint a line of bs, I don't know what is. Look at them all....... I sent Shelia Simon, Anita Alvarez http://anita-alvarez.blogspot.com/ , every law professor, law school faculty member in the state of Illinois, the same email and nothing. About 3500 emails and nothing. I would expect a lame brain legal statement, like I didn't get it. Look who is on the commission! Another club! Personally, looking at their pictures and reading about them, don't do anything form me but shake my head and say what a joke. (I'm taking a break, (eyes sleepy) don't know if I'll come back to this area right away) Once again the top looking down and going to make decisions, recommendations, laws, more crap, bs that only pleases them self's.
What is a lawyer for Boeing, a surgeon, a couple of coaches, bunch of executive directors, a preacher, school president, a couple states attorneys going to do? Sit around the table and compliment each other on their awards, titles, their pension and benefits?
One of the supreme court justices (I think retired), maybe the one that was in the Blogo case, is up to his neck in this corruption I blog about. I could find out which justice called me, but who cares. Best to assume they are all corrupt and if one or two aint, all the better. I talk about it in this blog http://warrenbreslin.blogspot.com/
The Commission can start on Mayor Daley, and this lack of accountability when the Chicago cops were torturing citizens.
What about the hanky panky when the city gave parking meter contract to the company his brother is affiliated with?
What about the hanky panky about the money Obama's wife received when the her husband was senator and the state gave her firm $4 million? in work?
Results are the worst, than what blogo was talking about on the phone, here you got the obvious finished results, with no recording to listen to (I would bet some place there is a tape or 2)
How about arresting the State Police that lied under oath at the corrnor's inquest regarding Drew Peterson's dead wife.
I emailed every judge in the US District Northern court District http://us-court-northern-district-of-ill.blogspot.com/ , for instance. Every judge by not following the law on one of their own are guilty as sin, obstruction of justice. Is the Quinn's commission going to start there?
If the courts, cops, and lawyers don't show respect for the law, no one will, this is a herd mentality civilization. Look around, I rest my case.
Her lackadaisical do nothing, is just what this state, country, society don't need. She belongs in jail.
Unless she has a get out of jail card (like most do) she belongs in jail. I think, by now, associate professor Sheila Simon and Cook County states attorney Anita Alvarez are accessories to the obstruction of justice, aiding and abetting, conspirator of a criminal cover up and a lot more, of biblical proportions.
As far as I know, the law and something called ethics, require notification of authorities when crimes are made known, kind of like right away, asap, not next month or next year.
Ha, the state don't have enough jail space for all the crooked lawyers, judges, cops and politicians that could be found and convicted even if some one wanted to. So why bother, what's the sence?
So this is Quinn's guize, make a blue ribbon reform commission that will go no where, with plenty of publisity.
I'm sorry I got spit and piss vinegar, but a reality check, is not always a pretty thing.
Every one who reads these blogs become a accessory and all the other crap?
but
what is a bagger from the grocery store going to do? or the waitress? the guy working at McDonald's? or the guy at the plumbing supply house going to do?
but
When you tell a law professor or the elected officials that may hires and fires these criminals, mayors, cops, prosecutors, lawyers, judges, law bar associations,
I think it is reasonable that people expect action from this second group, more so, rather than the first.
When the second group becomes broken and cannot fix it's self, I guess, it's up to the first group to fix it, but how?
As a plumber speaking, it is simple or could be as complicated as you want it to be,
You see a corrupt area, slap it with a penalty or something and let em go - that would be like a patch, the problem is still there but a temporary fix, hoping it will last.
or
Cut is out and replace it with new pipe. If the pipe needs some hangers or protection from the cold or bedding than add that to the new pipe also. With corruption, you cut it out and replace with new people, then add some thing (if necessary) into the equation that caused and prolonged the problem. If you can create a auto fixer, good.
End of Story, the commission cannot function while these 2 people can get away with crimes with no consequences, like they have. After they are removed or put in jail, the commission can clean the vocabulary of my solution make it into a 45,000 page document put their name on it and submit it to who......... Quinn?
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

cops hallucinating on the job
Hunter, administer a breath test
while right next to him is the
arresting officer, Wenrich
who was
ripped out of his hallucinating mind.
Both sitting at the same desk,
for about 2 hours.
Hunter probably saw Palatine cops hallucinating on the job and thought nothing of it.
This would kind of spoil all of
officer Hunter's credibility and
the credibility of the village of Palatine.
What if I said I never blew........ hahahahahah, not going to tell a lie, but.. how far will this cover up go? A video tap reviewed by a expert drug witness, could explain or not Wenrich's hallucinating and Hunter ignoring this condition.
The village would have to produce a video tape, then we could examine Wenrich's and Hunters behavior and condition, as he is filling out the misleading, factually incorrect police report.
If I were to sue the Village of Palatine and or the Police officers, for let's say $100 million. I think the police department would straighten up quickly.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
I told Tatooles about this and to get the video tapes and you can see what I mean. Tatooles was not interested. Hunter and Wenrich did not say more than a couple of things during the 2 hour or so at the desk.
Why do state prosecutors and judges praise and honor these type of people is beyond me.
Until this crap that makes no sense stops, nothing good will come out of it, it's like throwing gas on fire.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Hunter must have some type of problem also?
I think this makes Hunter un fit to be a police officer or much of any thing else, under the current situation, without some type therapy or treatment.
Also this makes a life time of Hunter's testimony and arrests suspect to fraudulent representation.
